Our swimming area boasts crystal clear water, luxurious outdoor furniture, comfortable shaded areas, and convenient access to the clubhouse.

When enjoying our Mount Dora, Florida apartment pool, we ask our residents to review and abide by a few pool rules.

• Only use the pool area during posted hours.
• Because there will be no lifeguard on duty, you swim at your own risk. It is advisable to never swim alone at the pool.
• Shower off before entering the pool.
• All children must be supervised by an adult resident.
• Glass, breakable containers, and alcohol are prohibited in the pool area.
• Guests at the pool must be accompanied by an adult resident.
• All swimmers must wear proper attire into the pool; no street clothes.
